  • What does the hire charge include?

    The hire and cleaning of items for up to 72 hours - longer periods by arrangement.

  • Do I have to wash up the hire items?

    No – we do the washing up – its included in the price you pay. All we ask is you remove any excess food and drink from the items and stack them back in the boxes they were delivered in.

  • Is there a minimum order size?

    No – I can cater for a small dinner party or a wedding for 350

  • How much is Delivery/Collection?

    Delivery/collection is dependent on distance – this charge will be confirmed at quotation

  • What is the deposit for?

    The deposit is to cover any lost or broken items – a replacement price list is available on request.

  • When do I pay?

    Full payment is required a week before delivery

  • How can I pay?

    Payment is before delivery by BACS - details will be on your invoice

  • Can I collect and return myself?

    Yes, but you will need a suitable vehicle – crockery and cutlery can be very heavy!

  • Do you supply Linen?

    Yes - we can supply Napkins, Runners and Tablecloths. We will need the sizes of the tables you wish to cover and whether you want the cloth to touch the floor or fall midway.
